unassembled items, for <strong>small and medium runs<\/strong> through proven suppliers over decades of close collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>For thermoplastic molding steel and aluminium molds are used with <strong>latest generation single-component and rotary presses<\/strong>, from 50 up to 800 tons.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the mono-bi-tri material <strong>injection molding<\/strong> process, the company offers more complex thermoplastic molding processes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>co-molding<\/strong> of plastic and metal inserts;<\/li>\n<li><strong>over-injection<\/strong> on rubber, plastic and fabric;<\/li>\n<li>decorative <strong>films<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gas injection<\/strong>;<\/li>\n<li>injection with <strong>expanded<\/strong>
