Alongside the design and construction of prototype and series molds, Model Stampi manages the mass production of assembled or unassembled items, for small and medium runs through proven suppliers over decades of close collaboration.

For thermoplastic molding steel and aluminium molds are used with latest generation single-component and rotary presses, from 50 up to 800 tons.

In addition to the mono-bi-tri material injection molding process, the company offers more complex thermoplastic molding processes:

• co-molding of plastic and metal inserts;
• over-injection on rubber, plastic and fabric;
• decorative films;
• Gas injection;
• injection with expanded materials.
